Here's a strategy I've been using with great success to level my Level 37 Elven Archer…..soloing in the Sea of Spores!

The high level (level 43) Wyrms, and Monster Eyes (Level 42) are EXTREMELY SLOW, and can be kited quite easily. I've been using a Strengthened Long Bow, but I regularly see people using Gastras. If your goal is to level quickly, then you'll need gobs of soulshots. However, the great thing about these mobs are they drop 400-550 Adena a piece, easily paying for your soulshots!

So here's my recommendation, get AT LEAST a 790k+ Bow (preferably a Gastra or higher), get 10,000 d grade soulshots (100k Adena)…….and here's the kicker. A WOLF PET.

As we all know, Bone Arrows have 3 weight, and can really load you down. Now, your wolf pet can hold 9000 weight, so load him up with 3000 arrows and throw him in your backpack. No weight penalty for you, just for him! But it doesn't matter as the little fellow is just being used as a backpack. Also, make sure you get yourself the standard 1200-1500 arrows yourself, and you'll have 4000+ arrows to use up at the Sea of Spores.

With 10k soulshots, 4000 arrows, and extremely high level mobs to kill with no risk………you'll experience extremely easy (and quick!) leveling at Level 35+. Try it out!

Here's a great little trick not many people know about.

You can run DIRECTLY to the entrance of Antharas cave without setting a foot in Dragon Valley. How you ask? Quite simple.

Run up to the following coordinates…….Y 52, X between 55 and 56.

Run a bit northwest of this area, and you will come to a sheer cliff (as steep as you can get). DIrectly nortwest of this cliff is Antharas cave. Just keep running into the cliff, and eventually (sometimes takes 30-45 seconds) you will magically pop to the top of the cliff. Just run northwest off the cliff, and you plop down right at the entrance of antharas cave. Excellent travel tip for all you Antharas Cave levelers out there.

Even archers can do this! It's pretty simple.

This one was actually taught to me by Guru, but he asked me to post it on his behalf.
Head over to Gludio Castle Town then over to Cruma.

Imagine Cruma Tower as a clock — the area you want to be in is the 9 o'clock area on the outer region before you head past the first river. (dont go anywhere past the second river — tons of aggros there)

What you'll be fighting are the giant leeches. They are extremely slow, they dont cast magic, and the only agros around are dire wolves and rippers, so if you can dodge those guys just go after the leeches (level 24) and dont get hit, backoff after each spell you cast. You should gain about 818xp and 41sp per kill. enjoy.

For high level scavengers (Level 40-50) there is a TON of money to be made in the road leading down to Giant's cave, just southeast of Aden. There are constantly 10-20 "Weird Drakes" hovering about which spoil animal skins at an 80-85% clip. As most scavengers know, each animal skin sells for between 400-500 Adena these days in a private store, and sell rather briskly.

To make this strategy even better, not only do weird drakes spoil animal skin at such a high rate, they spoil 1 to 3 animal skins with EACH spoil….not just one skin. Using this strategy partying with an archer i've pulled in 127 animal skins in just over an hour. That's a cool 65,000 Adena per hour just off animal skins. Add in the Adena drops (300-700 Adena per kill), and at a solo rate with a single healer party member, or a single archer that's about 100k per hour without using any soulshots.

Great money for all you high level scavengers out there. You can easily pull in 500k a day with this strategy.

I had a lvl 25 orc raider, and soloed him to 35 in about 2 and half days. I used a Tarbar/Brig armr and NON-STOP D-SS.

Head to dion, stock up on D-SS and buy a good bow/arrows. Now, head to the hideaway and towards where Lord Nuraka spawns. In that immediate area is an NPC named "The Herald", immediately S/S-E of him, there are 2 huts in a half fenced in area.

This area spawns 3 Ol'Mahums, they are a quick 30 second spawn and extremely easy to kill. At lvl 25 i was like resting during their respawn, and it was non-stop XP. THey also drop around 350a. At level 30 I was making a lvl every 5 hours

At lvl 25: I was getting 1800xp/80sp when a lvl 36 elf archer was getting 1700/70ISH on Wyrms.

At lvl 30: I was getting 1700xp/70sp x 3 every 30 seconds - NON STOP

NOTE ** When they are low they do run away, so yank out that bow and drop them. This is the best spot in the game. I have 8 alts all near lvl 30 and found this to be the best NON-exploit i could find.

The reason they have so much exp/sp is that they are double HP of a same lvl mob… so even if they are GREEN and MISS you more often you get more EXP/SP than a yellow or red ^_^
