Adena Strategy (Scavengers) - Animal Skins (Lineage ii dark elf)

For high level scavengers (Level 40-50) there is a TON of money to be made in the road leading down to Giant's cave, just southeast of Aden. There are constantly 10-20 "Weird Drakes" hovering about which spoil animal skins at an 80-85% clip. As most scavengers know, each animal skin sells for between 400-500 Adena these days in a private store, and sell rather briskly.

To make this strategy even better, not only do weird drakes spoil animal skin at such a high rate, they spoil 1 to 3 animal skins with EACH spoil….not just one skin. Using this strategy partying with an archer i've pulled in 127 animal skins in just over an hour. That's a cool 65,000 Adena per hour just off animal skins. Add in the Adena drops (300-700 Adena per kill), and at a solo rate with a single healer party member, or a single archer that's about 100k per hour without using any soulshots.

Great money for all you high level scavengers out there. You can easily pull in 500k a day with this strategy.

Trade Through the Ground (Lineage ii extreme)

This is helpful in most catacombs and necros you can just check on your map and see where your character is and take another character on top of that location and say your deep in a cat and dont wanna run back through all the mobs for SS or anything else for that matter just put your other char on top of your first char and target them by /target "name" and click exchange.

Make yourself less likely to be PKed (Lineage 2 serial)

This game has some serious PK issues. The good thing is most are newbies just like most of us. They are not that bright. Here are some things I did that stopped the newbie pks and a few higher level ones from messing with me or the people I was grouped with.

The best thing to do when you first start is to purchase cheap armour off the venders. Get all of it gloves. boots, chest, legs, funny hat is optional since it doesnt show up on all races. Its only like 40 coins or less per peice. The reason for this is that you will look as if you do not have newbie armour on and are there for more experienced. Plus the stuff looks like a higher level armour even though it isnt. Remember the PK can not tell your level except by what your wearing and the weapon you have. This brings me to another point…

The first weapon you should purchase without a doubt should be a bow. Why? PK's 99% of the time use bows. They can hit and run you. If you have a bow it prevents this as well as makes them think twice about attacking you. I keep mine equiped when im not fighting in order to make them think twice. I also maxed out the bow power shot. **warrior skill** This skill doesnt cost that many points and lets you do alot of dammage on the monsters your fighting before they close in and you use your hand to hand weapon. It also will help in saving others since its next to impossible to chase down something after them with a hand to hand weapon.

I was being attacked in the newbie area at least once every few hours. After I made these changes the attacks not only stoped but the newbie PK's would not attack anyone else that was fighting in my general area. I would just stop what I was doing and act like I was watching them. Sometimes even follow them a little or give them a warning. This would scare them off.

I guese im mainly saying if you are a newbie you should at least not look like one if you dont want to be pked.

This can also be done with a mage. Purchase the cheaper armour and get the cheapest book instead of using your newbie staff. Trust me it helps keep you safe.

No Need to Wait for the Ship (Lineage 2)

For some reason this method of travel is well know to the devs and none of the versions has yet to address it.

Instead of waiting for the ship to dock you can walk underwater, when your air is about to run out use the reset option and log back into your toon and you will start off with a full air supply.

I've attached to a map with showing where you should aim when walking underwater so you don't have to guess as much.

By walking underwater you actually travel faster then the ship.

Lose your item after death No problem! (Lineage 2 wolf quest)

Lose that Item after getting raped by 4 or 5 tough critters, I did, but I found a way to get it back, has only worked once so far for me.
Just as you get ready to go to the nearest Villiage take and spam the pickup button, there is a split second that you are actually alive in the same spot. I know it's kind of far stretched but this did work for me once, who knows, maybe just a fluke. Let me know if you can get it to work for you.

Loads of Adena (Lineage 2 clans)

This takes me different amounts of time every time I do it. So, I've had a hard to nailing down an exact time for this. However, it's never taken me more than 30 minutes even with a death from a PK in there. So, I figured 20 minutes was a good estimate. Those of you who are good power levelers could probably do this faster than 20. So, that's about 6,000 per hour (plus whatever you get from random monster drops).

Also, something like this should be available for the other races as well but I haven't played those yet. Here's how it's done …

Level 8-18 (6 k per hour):

Once you reach level 8 and have increased your skills (available at level 7), go to Vollodos the merchant in the town. He's in the store just north of the electric hand. If you haven't already visited the stores and looked at what they are selling, you should.

Ask him for a quest (click on him and then click on him again). Select the "Lowest" quest.

He will tell you to go kill walking forest mushrooms. He actually wants you to kill fungus.

Leave town via the west exit and and travel along the road until you get to a single tower on the right, then head northwest .

After you get 10 sacks of fungus, return to him and he will give you 2,000 gold. This is repeatable indefinitely (I haven't not been able to get it yet so we'll see if it still works at level 50).

The fungus is good experience and isn't that hard to kill at level 8. Also, they sometimes drop scrolls that teleport you back to town. You can either sell these at the store or use them to speed up the questing process.

I recommend doing the Zombie Skin Quest at the same time for some variety…

Zombie Skin Quest

Levels 11-18:

1. Talk to Minaless in the dark elf store (south side of town)

2. Go southwest of town past the orcs and such and kill marsh zombies until you have 5 skins

3. Give them to Minaless for 2000 gold

Do this for a few hours and you'll find yourself with over 50,000 gold and be pretty surprised at how you got it. It builds up pretty quick.

Levels 18-30 and up (up to 10k/hr):

Use your world map (see the starting quest) to the Dwarf town and go to the First Dwarf Dungeon and hunt Gemstone Beast. These are not aggressive and drop items that sell for up to 20k to NPCs and up to 50k to PCs.

Level 50 to 60 Adena farming strategy (Lineage 2 a grade)

Get a caster type(preferably mystic becouse they got a fast self heal)get to around lvl50-60and start going to the imperial tomb and keep killing the chests in the first room, since they have no aggro it's a verry easy way to gain money and they have low hp!

Why caster? Chests have a low defence against casting types and your able to kill it before it reaches you

Lock a person's Inventory (Lineage 2 tattoo)

You use this exploit to prevent a red player from exchanging items with another player, which allows you to kill the red player and get his drops.

1) Get the person to go red…

2) Spam trade requests to the red player.

3) This locks up the red player's inventory. He cannot move anything in his inventory. He's screwd.

4) Tell your friends or log on to your alt and hunt him down.

This exploit prevents moving someone's inventory items, which is extremely useful if you want to get drops from a red.

In Depth human Mage Guide (Lineage 2 crest)

(NOTE: THE HOURS COUNTED DURING THIS GUIDE DO NOT COUNT TIMES FOR SLEEPING!! I AM NOT PLAYING 24/7!! PLEASE DISREGARD THE POSTS BELOW.. AND I KID YOU NOT YOU DO NOT NEED BOTS)
Are you wondering how hard it is to level a human mage (nuker) from 1-40? Well, let me tell you, its a cakewalk!

"Whaa? How did you get 40 in less than a month?"

Simple, my friends, and I am here to tell you my leveling secret. It involves no botting, exploits, cheats, or anything of that sort (I for one like to not cheat, but an exploit here and there couldn't "not" help.)

Step one: The noobie

First, if you are looking to be a healer, you can follow these steps until 20, then look somewhere else O.o…

Any hows and hooters, your first step is to be totally tweaked. Get a magic set, mage staff, and tons of blessed no grade spirit shots. If you are not tweaked, you can follow the same steps, but it will be tons harder, you probably can not do it, and if you do, it will take much longer.

Now, your on talking island, you (preferably) have top ng, and your ready to rock. If your the rich type, go ahead, buy a HG sp scroll…But you never need it for this class.

Do the tuitorial quest: its an easy 50sp, a map, and some spirit shots; not bad, aye?

The first five levels of Lineage you can do in your sleep. Just one hit a bunch of Keltirs, goblins, and orcs, which may be found out the North Gate of TI. Once your five, please head to the werewolves near the Obelisk of Victory, and stay there until level 7.

Yay! you can get skills now! But lets be careful here, we are taking hte high road: don't pick the crappy spells.

The only spells you will ever need until 20 are:
- Windstrike
- All passive skills
- battle heal

Do not even consider the rest of the spells. You will not be needing them, and they are a waste of sp.

After retrieving your lovely skills, stay at the werewolves until level 14. If you are fortunate enough to have a lovely SE with you, you will never sit, and empower is lovely!

If not, thats ok, you're gonna make it (whew).

Back to the point, from the werewolves, go to the right, and you should find some lovely orcs and werewolves (more) but they should have fancier names such as lieutenant, sergeant, and BIG AND SCARY!! (no)Kill these little wankers until your 18.

If your only upgrading windstrike and passive skills, your doing great.

From 18-20, go in the elven ruins. If you find a tank, have him/her and you kill undines and salamanders until you are 20. If a tank is not at hand, the crimson spiders at the north of TI work just fantastic.

WOOOT your 20! Thats amazing….

Ok, lets tally up the time it took:

Me with all the tank, shilen elder, etc = 6 hours.

You with none of those = 9-12 hours.

You starting from scratch = 20-24 hours

You who lives in mom's basement = priceless

HA!

For the 20 quest change, there are some great guides on the lineage website, and other places. I am to lazy to write it out, but what I will tell you is that finding the Wind sylph is a @#$5 (Hint: when at the West entrance of Wastelands, there should be a three way intersetion: its actually four ways. There is a hill behind you that is green, that crazy bizotch is up there.)

Other than my complaining, the quest should only take 3 hours (you honestly dont need a guide, its a pretty straight forward quest.)

20-25- The semi newb

If this is getting WAY to long to read, HAHAHAHAAHA, I laugh at you.

For equipment, full knowledge set, Staff of life, and tons of Bspsd are required.

For skills, level blaze, aura flare, and passive skills first, AND THEN do what ever other skill you please (I got Kat the Cat, because hes just a big pimp).

Now, go to abandoned camp from levels 20-25. You should be one hitting these guys, therefore any extra friends you make can be easily taken care of (might as well do the quest from the guy south entrance of Gludin, lvl 21, good cash.)

Once your done, and you have had enough of furry little rodents, its time to move to the big cahoona: Cruma swamps (Dun, dundundun, dun, dundundun duuuuuuuun!)

Cruma swamps 26-40

"OmG! PwnZors! WtF fer liek 14 lvLs?"
(By the way, I hate people that type like that)

Yes, for the next 14 levels, you will plant your arse in Cruma swamp.

If you do not believe me, then do not believe me. This leveling trick only works for human mages, and you should be thankful I am telling you. Catacombs you argue? Go ahead, it will take longer though, I promise you.

It took me three weeks to find the perfect spot, just for you guys (that time does not count), and it honestly is Cruma Swamp for the Human Mage. If you are another class, then I would not go here.

______________________________________________________

Until 30, the best mobs are Marsh Stakatos, Grim Reaper (whatever
that name is, its the floating cloth), and Giant Crimson Ants. They can be found in the southern part of Cruma. After "reaping these guys,"
Head North east to Stinger Wasps, Marsh stakato workers/soldiers, and toad loards. Stay in this area until 35, and then move further north for the Drones and spiders.

Let me tell you, this is the most depressing way to grind, and a change in landscape and outfit will be most nessecary (Spelling error?) if you want to live past 40.

If you follow the monsters to kill, it should only take about three weeks to obtain 40 (this includes slacking off, dying, pking, or any other variable.)
__________________________________________________________

Congratulations! You made 40! Now, from here, you can go warlock, sorcerer, or necromancer. I chose sorcerer, because they're boss. A guide to your class change can be googled (Trial of Scholor, Mark of Trust, and Trial of Magus if you are going Sorcerer.)

Your level 40 quest will take over 15 hours, so be prepared for some stress and broken keyboards.

Past 40? Well, thats another whole seperate guide…

But, before I leave you all, let do a quick run through:

1-20 TI
20-25 AC
25-40 Cruma Swamps

Equip: 1-19 Magic set, Mage staff, BSPS (NG)
20-40 knowledge set, Staff of Life, BSPS (D)

And as an added featurete:
40-51 Demon set, Homo Sword
52-60 Zubei Set, Homo Sword (+5 to +10)
61-74 Majestic Set, Staff of Evil Sprits (C4 Sword of Valhalla)
75+ C4 Suprise O.o

Skills:
1-20 Windstrike, Battle heal, passive, misc (frowned upon misc.)
20-40 Blaze, Aura Strike, Passive, Misc

Time:
1-20 9 hours
20-40 550 hours
40 quest 15 hours

Total time to get a char to 40 = 574 hours (about 24 days)

Thank you for reading my guide. I hope your future with your nuker brings much carnage and burned down pedestrians.
